EDSS has a qualified and experienced Team consisting of Project Managers, Systems Manager and Central Administration Team which are the support structure for a highly skilled workforce out in the field. With a focus on safety, EDSS has ensured that the Service Teams are provided with quality resources, training and support to be involved in a diverse range of projects.
EDSS is dedicated to delivering services at a quality that will at least meet our clients expectation whilst providing efficient and timely maintenance solutions. Our objective is to execute all work processes effectively and efficiently the first time. Management and staff ensure that customer requirements are determined and met with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain the highest possible standards and try to exceed all EDSS and client expectations.
Best work practices and procedures have been developed and defined to minimise waste and errors across all company activities including project management, supply, fabrication, maintenance work and management of subcontractors. EDSS provides adequate resources to develop and maintain quality, safety and environmental planning, control, and improvement initiatives with third party certification and continual training of staff.
A committment by EDSS to protect our staff by demonstrating a "Duty of Care" through effective Workplace Health & Safety Systems, Risk Management strategies and the application of industry based WH&S procedures has brought EDSS to the forefront of the industry sector by creating safe work environments for staff.
Developing existing skills and multi-skilling of staff to broaden their capabilities has always a focus of EDSS and by doing this EDSS can keep employment opportunities within the company. EDSS promotes their training programmes and succession planning to motivate staff to excel in their positions and plan for the future.
